• He has provided advice to a large number of international companies to start their operations in Mexico, suggesting the routes and gradual processes to start operations in Mexico.
• Has advised several national and international companies on the implementation of their legal corporate, labor and tax structure in order to operate efficiently and in compliance with local law and international & corporate best practices.
• To execute the above, he has advised on the implementation of global policies with application in Mexico, codes of ethics and conduct, individual as well as collective labor contracts, privacy policies, remote work, employment manuals, as well as the implementation of Mexican Official Standards (NOM-035, NOM-037 among others).
• He has participated and/or headed the risk analysis of employment structures, employment transfers, redundancies in force (in one or several cities in Mexico), temporary suspension of employment relations (for technicians), as well as the approval of benefit schemes (including the preparation of incentives and awards) resulting from mergers or partial or total acquisitions.
• He has participated in several inter-union conflicts in Mexico, executing various legal strategies, without affecting the daily operations of the companies.
• He has participated in several complex union processes to obtain the legitimization of collective bargaining agreements, the Certificates of Representativeness, the revision of their collective bargaining agreements that regulate labor relations with national and international companies in Mexico.
• Participated in Rapid Response Panel investigations as a result of Chapter XXIII of USMCA.
• He has advised several entities in the harmonization of benefits for their workers in Mexico, after carrying out mergers that resulted in collective bargaining with the unions and workers of both companies.
